Choose one or more players to be It. They try to tag other players. If a player is tagged they must stand where they were tagged, with their arms out to indicate they are frozen. Any player who is not It may unfreeze them by tagging them, allowing them to run around again. A player who is frozen may not unfreeze another player who is frozen. The game can end if everyone is tagged, in which case the Taggers win.
