Drop It
⭐⭐
Equipment: Beanbags, small balls or wiffle balls
Have participants form two equal circles, an inner circle and an outer circle. The players in the outer circle should be standing and facing inward while the players in the inner circle should be standing and facing out. Give each player in the outer circle two beanbags that they hold out in front of them at shoulder height, one in each hand. When the leader says "Drop it!" they must release only one of the beanbags. The player facing them must try to catch the beanbag before it hits the ground. If they do so, they switch positions with the standing player. If not, they stay where they are. The leader will also call "Rotate!", which signals for the members of the inner circle to shift so that they are facing the next person in the outer circle.
