 This game is similar to Medusa.

Players sit in a circle. They all lower their heads and look at the ground. When the leader says "Go" everyone raises their heads and stares at someone sitting in the circle. If two players are staring at each other, they maintain eye-contact and start wiggling and dancing in an attempt to get the other to smile or laugh. The player to break eye contact or smile / laugh first is eliminated and leaves the circle.
